Manufactured from tough twin-walled aluminium slats with an insulating core, the curtain is held in place with high performance webbing which gives extremely quiet operation and is unaffected by extremes of temperature. A strong extruded top slat and our unique locking mechanism effectively resist attack by would-be intruders.
SeceuroGlide is available in a choice eighteen paint or wood-effect finishes and over forty textured woodgrain finishes, allowing you to match your door to existing paintwork or double-glazing for a coordinated look to your home. Since its launch in 1997, the SeceuroGlide classic roller is made in the UK.
Each automatic door is supplied complete with a single channel SeceuroSense receiver with built-in courtesy light, two key fob transmitters, a bottom slat safety sensor and an internal manual override. An optional alarm can be specified. The SeceuroGlide is also available as a manual door.
Vision Slats
Vision slats allow natural light into your garage and are supplied complete with glazing. They are available ‘inline’ or as a brick-bond pattern. On woodgrain doors vision slats will be supplied in a brown finish. Important note: In the event of extreme weather conditions, the vision slats will be susceptible to water ingress.
Vented Slats
Vented slats allow good air circulation which is especially useful if you have laundry facilities in your garage and during the summer months. Vented slats are located at the very bottom of the door.
Remote Controlled Keypad
The remote control key pad provides you with a secure, alternative option for controlling your door. Suitable for external installation, this wireless controller offers convenience without compromising security.
Matching Guides
Now comes with free matched colour guides, including painted woodgrain, to create the perfect visual appearance for your door.

SeceuroGlide Excel Garage Doors
The unique reinforced design of SeceuroGlide Excel has enabled it to become the first garage door of any kind to successfully complete independent testing recognised on a national level. SeceuroGlide Excel roller doors are available in a choice of eighteen paint or wood-effect finishes and over forty textured woodgrain finishes. Each door is supplied as standard with a SeceuroSense receiver with built in courtesy light, your choice of two key fobs an optical safety edge and an internal manual override. Powder Coated End Plates
For a seamless finish to your door, we will supply complimentary powder coated end plates when you order a half or full box. All woodgrain doors come complete with powder coated end plates as standard and are finished in a colour carefully selected to resemble the grain on your door.
Full Box
For a neat finish, SeceuroGlide doors are available with a full box which fully conceals the roll and internal mechanism. They are supplied in brown or white as standard or why not opt for a matching colour finish for an additional surcharge.
Lighting Options
Our SeceuroGlide lighting options give the opportunity to have attractive outside lighting. Discreetly fitted as a down light this enhancement to your garage can be set to turn on and off automatically in accordance with when you use your garage or can be left on to allow additional lighting to your outside area.

SeceuroGlide Compact System
The SeceuroGlide Compact system has been developed especially for garages with severely limited space above the opening. The Compact utilises an insulated aluminium slat that is significantly narrower than those featured on the SeceuroGlide. This allows a tighter, smaller coil requiring just 8” (205mm) of headroom, giving owners of even the smallest garages the option of a high quality remote controlled door. Extremely versatile, a SeceuroGlide Compact door can be fitted in-front of or behind the garage opening, or even (height permitting) within the garage opening itself.
An extensive range of sizes also means openings of up to 2880mm wide can be accommodated, whilst a neat 90° facia conceals the coil back. There is also a 45° canopy option to completely enclose the coil. Owners can now enjoy the luxury of a remote controlled garage door with SeceuroGlide Compact’s smaller slat profile. Just 8” (205mm) of headroom is required.
Compact doors are available in ten paint finishes and a choice of over forty woodgrain finishes that combine low maintenance with durability. Each door is supplied as standard with a SeceuroSense receiver with built in courtesy light, your choice of two key fobs an optical safety edge and an internal manual override.

The low level external override kit enables the door to be opened manually in emergencies from both the inside and outside of the garage. If the garage door is the only means of entry you will require a low level external override kit.

SeceuroGlide Excel Attack Test Video
The SeceuroGlide Excel was the first roller garage door in the UK to receive LPS 1175 SR1
The rigorous burglary resistance standard from the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB).
To achieve a Level 1 security rating, the Excel had to pass a series of timed attacks which go beyond the requirements of garage doors with lower security ratings. This included a more vigorous, violent attack using bodily force and a range of hand tools. Unlike lower security ratings, which are ‘stealth’ tested, there were no restrictions on how much noise could be made during the test.
Shot at the SWS UK in-house test facility, this video features highlights of the SeceuroGlide Excel being put through
its paces in a series of cut, lift and push attack tests, replicating break-in methods used by official testing bodies.
For each test the attacker had a maximum of one-minute attack time to gain forced entry, with a maximum test duration of ten minutes. In this video we also test an inferior generic roller garage door, which failed all three attack tests within one minute. In real-life, this means an intruder could have gained access to the garage and everything in it in less than sixty seconds!
